Sauna Infusion is a 45 minute guided heat therapy workshop that demonstrates the power of sauna bathing.
Taking place in the Fire and Ice area of our Bath House, begin with heat therapy in our traditional dry sauna before cooling down in the cold plunge pool. After a moment of breathwork and meditation, enter the wet sauna with steam infused with essential oils to stimulate the senses. The use of Vihtas (Finnish whisks) made from native Sheoak is encouraged to promote blood circulation and muscle relaxation. To finish, rest and reset.
In addition to our daily offering, our Sauna Infusion is also available for larger groups of over 8 guests. To arrange a booking, contact our Groups team via groups@peninsulahotsprings.com.

Available to guests over the age of 16.
Prior to the experience, a wellness intake form will need to be signed by each guest.
