Experience the rich tradition of cacao in our Cacao Circle, a mindful ritual held in the comfort of our Tea House.
Guided by one of our wellness hosts, you will sip cocao slowly, explore its benefits, set intentions, and sink into heart opening meditiation. Paired with bathing, this grounding ceremony is a beautiful way to nurture yourself this season — whether during a solo self-care visit or within the company of your favourite plus one.
Available on weekends at 12pm.
