Reawaken in nature with premium overnight accommodation in a beautifully appointed Glamping tent. Nourish body and soul with a two course dinner for two in our Spa Dreaming Centre dining room, breakfast buffet and deepen your relaxation even further with a 90 minute spa treatment for two. 

Check in at 2pm and checkout at 10am the following morning, with the invitation to continue bathing in our Bath House until 12pm on the day of your departure, with complimentary towel, robe and locker hire provided.

**Subtle Energies age defying radiance facial**
Anti-aging and tailored to your specific concerns, this collagen boosting and nourishing therapy is enhanced with a signature aromatic facial marma massage to release muscle tension and anxiety. 90 minutes.

**Moroccan cocoon**
Harnessing precious Moroccan Argan oil, Rhassoul clay, Demask rose and fragrant sprices, your sensory journey from Mira's Hand includes an enriching salt and sugar exfoliation, detoxifying wrap, antioxidant facial and relaxing scalp massage. 90 minutes.

**kodo massage**
A rhythmic massage inspired by traditional Australian Aboriginal techniques to tone and re-align energy flow. Beginning with an indigenous flora smoking ritual this aromatherapy massage from LI'YTA takes you on a journey to relaxation. 90 minutes.

**relaxation massage**
A medium pressure massage using calming oils from Synthesis Organics or Subtle Energies, that can be tailored to your individual needs. A combination of relaxation techniques will encourage complete calmness of the mind and body. 90 minutes.

**blissful marma massage**
Long, flowing movements performed using various levels of pressure combine with full-body Marma massage and chakra balancing techniques to inspire deep bliss. 90-minute treatments include the signature Subtle Energies Marma Facial massage using aromatic and results-driven products.

**Yinga deep tissue massage**
A medium to firm pressure massage to release deeply held tension. Created in collaboration with a local Bunurong / Boon Wurrung Elder, this treatment begins with a smudging ritual and uses pressure point and stretching techniques for a sense of wellbeing that goes well beyond the epidermis. *This is not a remedial massage.*

**the recovering traveller** 
This journey is designed for those experiencing jet lag or in need of rebalancing. Marma points therapy, lymphatic draining and bronze Kasa bowl techniques help calibrate energy, reduce swelling, boost the immune system and allow you to land in your body. This treatment includes a Facial Marma massage and mini Nasya (nasal oil) ritual.

**rebalance**
Take your relaxation to the next level with oils from Synthesis Organics. A 60 minute full body massage provides the ultimate rebalancing experience, followed by a replenishing 30 minute organic facial. 90 minutes.

**Dreamtime stone massage**
This one of a kind Synthesis Organics full body massage features a combination of warm and cool stones. Dreampt up in collaboaration with a Kurradji, Indigenous medicine man, Mooks. 90 minutes.

**Morning Yoga**

Develop mobility, flexibility and improve strength with physical movement in this daily yoga class. Guided by an experienced host and teacher, this class will leave you feeling open and relaxed to perfectly complement your day of geothermal bathing.

**Fire and Ice workshop**

Our Fire and Ice workshop has been inspired by the ancient practice of cryotherapy, or hot-cold therapy. Allow our knowledgeable host to take you through a sequential 45-minute experience of hot saunas, deep breathing, and meditation before submerging in our 4°C ice plunge pool.

**Body Clay ritual**

Discover the powerful benefits of when geothermal water and natural Australian Clay combine to form a rich paste designed for direct body application. From a selection of four clays, discover the unique benefits and begin to feel the invigoration amongst our Clay Ridge landscape.

**Tea Ceremony** *Winter schedule only*

During this 45-minute experience in our Tea Tent, begin with a cup of stress relieving and immune strengthening Tulsi Tea, before moving onto other herbal blends to complement the included breathwork and mediation session.

**Sauna Infusion** *Winter schedule only*

A 45-minute guided heat therapy workshop that demonstrates the power of sauna bathing. Flow between our wet and dry sauna, while experiencing the sensation of steam infused with calming essential oils, before partaking in breathwork, meditation and invigoration from submerging in our cold pool to refresh and finish.

Enjoy our breakfast buffet served in our adults only Spa Dreaming Centre dining room. With a focus on seasonal, local and organic wholefoods, nourish your body post rest with a selection of food and beverages to begin your day. 

Choose from a refined selection of chia puddings, house made granola and coconut yoghurt served alongside local, seasonal fruits. Enjoy freshly baked breads from Tuerong Farm and Levito, and an expansive charcuterie selection featuring cured meats, smoked salmon, kimchi and toasted nuts and seeds. Fresh juices, smoothies, tea and espresso coffee serve as a necessity to elevate your breakfast ritual.
