Your stay is inclusive of an elegantly appointed room complete with sleep enhancing amenities, inviting you to uncover deep rest, and embrace a return to stillness and repose. Created as a tranquil sanctuary that welcomes you to connect with nature, enjoy the addition of signature wellness, two course dining, complimentary breakfast buffet and all of site bathing across our Bath House and adults reserved Spa Dreaming Centre. 

Check in at 2pm and checkout at 10am the following morning, with the invitation to continue bathing in our Bath House until 12noon on the day of your departure. Complimentary towel, robe and locker hire provided and replenished upon request.

Enjoy our breakfast buffet served in our adults only Spa Dreaming Centre dining room. With a focus on seasonal, local and organic wholefoods, nourish your body post rest with a selection of food and beverages to begin your day. 

Choose from a refined selection of chia puddings, house made granola and coconut yoghurt served alongside local, seasonal fruits. Enjoy freshly baked breads from Tuerong Farm and Levito, and an expansive charcuterie selection featuring cured meats, smoked salmon, kimchi and toasted nuts and seeds. **Morning Yoga**

Develop mobility, flexibility and improve strength with physical movement in this daily yoga class. Guided by an experienced host and teacher, this class will leave you feeling open and relaxed to perfectly complement your day of geothermal bathing.

**Fire and Ice workshop**

Our Fire and Ice workshop has been inspired by the ancient practice of cryotherapy, or hot-cold therapy. Allow our knowledgeable host to take you through a sequential 45-minute experience of hot saunas, deep breathing, and meditation before submerging in our 4°C ice plunge pool.

**Body Clay ritual**

Discover the powerful benefits of when geothermal water and natural Australian Clay combine to form a rich paste designed for direct body application. From a selection of four clays, discover the unique benefits and begin to feel the invigoration amongst our Clay Ridge landscape.

**Tea Ceremony**

During this 45-minute experience in our Tea Tent, begin with a cup of stress relieving and immune strengthening Tulsi Tea, before moving onto other herbal blends to complement the included breathwork and mediation session.

**Sauna Infusion**

A 45-minute guided heat therapy workshop that demonstrates the power of sauna bathing. Flow between our wet and dry sauna, while experiencing the sensation of steam infused with calming essential oils, before partaking in breathwork, meditation and invigoration from submerging in our cold pool to refresh and finish.

**Bathing Barrels experience** *Friday & Saturday only*

A 30-minute experience inviting you to relax in nature in a social bathing environment. Submerge in your own barrel filled with geothermal water adjustable to your perfect temperature.
