Peninsula Hot Springs wins ‘Worlds Best Mineral Springs Spa’ at global awards in Vietnam.
We are honoured to be recently announced as the global winner of the Mineral Spring Spa category at the World Luxury Spa Awards gala ceremony held on Saturday 22nd July 2017. Hosted at the JW Marriott Hanoi in Vietnam, Peninsula Hot Springs was announced as the recipient of the award for the third year, in front of hundreds of world-leading spas.
Charles Davidson, co-founder and CEO of Peninsula Hot Springs said “We’re honoured to be continually recognised at this high international level. I am thankful to all guests who have shown their support and voted for us as well as to the Peninsula Hot Springs team whose dedication and commitment to upholding such a high level of service makes this possible”.
Peninsula Hot Springs’ Spa Manager Amber Genevieve said “Our aim to achieve service excellence is at the forefront of every guest encounter and we are thrilled to be recognised for this yet again. We are continually evolving and innovating our spa offering, to ensure our guests are experiencing the highest quality Australian products in the natural surrounds of the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.”
The World Luxury Spa Awards is the international leader for spa award initiatives and both recognise and celebrate the luxury spa industry. With 32 categories on a country, regional, continent and global basis, the awards constantly set the benchmark for quality, innovation and service.
Participating spas range from small sized privately owned spas to globally renowned spa groups. Nominations are reviewed by an expert global panel of independent spa consultants from all over the world. The finalists and winners were selected and voting is based on service excellence and completed by guests to the spa. Winners stood up to the highest expectations and were tested by discerning spa-goers looking for the ultimate experience where only the absolute best is acceptable.
